ProjectGM was founded by Gerald Blair in 2003 and used for various projects that have developed into a relationship with friend and fellow amateur radio operator Wayne Brunotte. Gerald KD8ENK and Wayne AB8DD having  similar interest teamed  together  to produce a process of 3 axis routing and used this ability to create a stunning custom lighted sign.

Our backgrounds include decades of electrical and mechanical hands-on engineering, process and development experience that has allowed us to completely design and develop the engraved acrylic lighted sign and all of its components including the machine that  produces them!

The acrylic signs are engraved with our own  design 3 axis milling machine, placed onto beautifully routed wood bases and edge lit with high intensity low power consumption LED’s  incorporated into our custom designed circuit card assembly that make the spectacular final product.
